Recharge:

Societies may optionally lock the current pricing of β‚Ή1 per flat per month for a period of four (4) years by paying a one-time, non-refundable fee.

Price Lock Plans (Valid for 4 Years)

β€’ Less than 50 flats – β‚Ή1499
β€’ Less than 75 flats – β‚Ή1999
β€’ Less than 99 flats – β‚Ή2999

The price lock option is optional and applicable only to the society for which the payment is made. The locked pricing remains valid only if the number of flats stays within the selected slab.

The one-time price lock fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, non-usage, or discontinuation of service.

πŸ”” Notification Delivery Disclaimer

My Neighbour provides in-app and push notification features for important updates such as visitor alerts, announcements, approvals, and service-related information.

While notifications are triggered from our systems, the delivery and display of notifications on a resident’s device are controlled by the device operating system, application settings, network availability, and user preferences.

Important Notice:

β€’ Notification permissions are fully controlled by the user
β€’ If notifications are disabled, restricted, muted, or blocked on the device, delivery may fail or be delayed
β€’ My Neighbour does not guarantee notification delivery in such cases

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that notification permissions are enabled for the My Neighbour app on their device. My Neighbour shall not be held responsible for missed notifications caused by user settings, device limitations, or operating system restrictions.

πŸ“… Billing Cycle

My Neighbour follows a monthly billing cycle only. We do not offer annual, quarterly, or half-yearly billing plans.

Billing is calculated on a month-to-month basis based on the number of active flats. You may stop the service and discontinue billing from the next billing month.

There is no long-term contract or lock-in. You are free to stop using My Neighbour at the end of any monthly billing cycle.

πŸ’° Refund & Cancellation Policy

My Neighbour provides a 99-day free trial to allow users to fully evaluate the app before any billing begins.

Billing starts only after the 99-day trial period ends. All payments made after billing begins are non-refundable.

No Refund Policy:
Once billing starts, including under the price lock option, all payments are strictly non-refundable.

You may uninstall or stop using the app at any time, but this does not make you eligible for a refund once billing has started.
